Really clean spot, and the staff here is top-notch, especially at the bar - super friendly. The rooms are seriously amazing, with free WiFi and beds so cozy you won't want to get up. Plus, the view is just 👌.

Loved my really great stay on vacation.

Would stay here again on our next trip to San Francisco. The hotel is top quality, has highly professional staff and fantastic sea views. We like the ideal and exceptionally nice location - right by a bus stop. There is a tower and a theatre in front of the venue.

The rooms here are nicely decorated and well-equipped with a fan and TV, plus you get a great view. 🌆 You can easily catch a bus right outside the hotel due to its central location. Don't forget to grab a drink at the lobby bar for a chill evening.

Not so good area.

Asazena at the front desk gave us amazing service and helped make our stay as great as it was. She is a gift to the St. Francis Hotel for sure. Love the way the elevators work.

It was a little chilly in the room even though we had the heater on high.

Had a really awesome stay here. the location was perfect with lots of restaurants and bars right in front of the hotel 🍹. Great spot for a night out!

Unbeatable and exceptionally nice location convenient to getting around the city to sightseeing, and 15 minute walk from My Heart. And so close to the Chase center, the metro system, buses on market street and the BART system, and multiple shopping venues around the city.

The room has a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a refrigerator, and coffee/tea making machines, in a perfect and excellent location; also offers cold drinks at the lobby bar with great service.

The location of the hotel

Room booked for three adults, third bed was a simple extra bed! This can not be for a hotel of this kind.Breakfast far too expensive 35 dollars.

The staff was so helpful, professional and friendly. Check in took all of 30 seconds. The North tower is fantasic for views of the city and bay. The elevators, if you don't have a fear of heights, are magnificent with views of the city. Loved it. Right across the street from Union Square, get the cable car to Fisherman's Wharf right outside the front door and shopping galore. Everything in walking distance. Fantastic!!

Convenient Location: You can easily stroll to the pier or explore Chinatown right from this place. 🚶‍♂️. Friendly Staff: The folks here are super helpful and always willing to assist with anything you need.Well-Appointed Rooms: The rooms here are nicely furnished and offer some great views.

Bedding is great as in any Westin hotels, marble bathroom with nice design.

The breakfast buffet and the beds were excelent. The site location is great and the building has a great history
